If the agreement is cancelled by the client, anticipated payments received are non-refundable.

Date change request must be made in writing or Email by client. Client has one week after signing the contract to change the date with zero penalty. After one week of signing the contract it would be a fee of $500 for Friday or Sunday and $1,000 for changing the date for a Saturday.

Our ballroom rental times vary by service package. For any additional time there will be a charge per hour to the customer plus any extra charges (i.e. DJ and security). These charges are payable in cash at the time requested.

Yes, these items are already included in all of our service packages.

No, we are only a banquet facility. We do not have any overnight accommodations but we do work very closely with a long list of hotels in the area.

Yes, you can bring your own Alcohol and Pedregal will provide a TABC bartender. 

Complimentary parking is available on the front and the back of the property. We also offer valet services for a fee of $300

During the time of serving alcohol (or whenever Pedregal staff decides), Security Officers will be provided by Pedregal at an additional cost that will be added to the contract. When alcohol is being served, we require a Security Officer.

Normal cleaning will be provided by our staff as a service; however, confetti, rice, chewing gum, candlewax, etc… will require additional cleanup. There will be a fee of $150 if any of these are found to be inside the facility, or if any other excessive cleaning is required.
